Breakmasters was super helpful and honest. I came in unsure about what was wrong with my car, and they took the time to explain everything without trying to upsell me. The service was quick! Price were good and my car is running way better now. They actually care about there customer. Definitely recommend 👍

View on GoogleThey told me over the phone at two separate Brake Masters locations that they would be able to service my electric vehicle. I told them the make and model just to be sure, and they said it would be fine 2x. Then, when I get in the store, one of the staff tells me they aren't able to, and his manager acts like he never said such a thing to me! No apology for my trip out or my time, just told me they can't help me. It was annoying and I left feeling needlessly frustrated. Luckily the folks next door at Firestone were able to take care of it, no problem. They are straight shooters over there, and didn't charge me for anything since there was nothing to fix. Their systems are able to check electric vehicles and do a full diagnostic for free, then they pointed out that the squeaky noise I was hearing was not in fact brakes but something else much cheaper to fix (free). I will be going there for all my future gas-guzzler and EV needs.

They were very prompt to inspect my vehicle and provided great information and options. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help while traveling.
