Paul and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They addressed and resolved my issues in a timely manner and communicated the entire process. I have an older car so I have been to quite a few places for different services, but I’ve never been anywhere as communicative and clear cut with the work that was being done and the price to expect. No surprises. The price was the most reasonable in the area all for excellent care and a team that you can tell from the second you meet them is trustworthy and experienced. I cannot recommend this place enough, I will never go anywhere else after my experience with VOW. No worries, unexpected delays, or unexpected charges- that is a combination of things I have not seen at any other auto shop!

My husband’s vehicle wouldn’t start the weekend leading into Christmas Week. Many other auto shops couldn’t take the car in for almost two weeks (understandable with the holidays). We called Rich and the guys at Village of Warren and they were able to squeeze us in, complete an inspection and fix the issue for us by the next day. They understood the importance of getting the car back to us before the holiday, which we were very appreciative of. Vow Auto went above and beyond for us. Even thoroughly explaining the results of the inspection. The customer service from beginning to end was superb. The employees were kind, understanding, informative and the work was highly efficient. Lastly, there prices were fair for the work completed. I’d will definitely be recommending their services to all my family and friends.

These guys are the real deal. No BS, no stress mess I had an excellent experience overall. The entire process was incredibly efficient I was in and out in about three hours. Paul arranged a trusted tow service, and walked me through everything Steve gave me some advice on what to look out for next time and fixed the problem super smooth, both with excellent quality. Everything went smoothly, and I really felt taken care of. Thank you, Paul and Steve—I’d highly recommend them.

My tire blew out on the way back to work after lunch last week, and I was lucky enough that it happened across the street from Village of Warren (VOW) Sales and Services. Richard, one of the owners, noticed me checking the damage and came over right away. He offered to order a new tire and have it ready later that day, or call a tow truck if I wanted to take it somewhere else. There was no pressure to use their shop, which spoke volumes. I chose to go with VOW, and I’m so glad I did. I had to get back to my job a few miles away. They drove me back and had my car ready by the end of the work day as promised. The price for the new tire and installation was very reasonable, and to my surprise, they also repaired my driver-side fender that was hanging loose. With the combination of quality service, fair pricing, and genuine care for their customers, this was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a vehicle repair. I will definitely go back for all future repairs and service. They are the best—I highly recommend Village of Warren!

Paul and the team at VOW are top notch. Diagnosed and fixed the electrical issues in my car in one day after another establishment had it for over two weeks and fixed everything but the issue. VOW explained what the issues could be and had a plan for every outcome. Diagnosed and fixed the issue for the price of just the diagnosis from the previous establishment. Huge thanks to VOW for their expertise and quick turnaround to be me back on the road!!!
