My Dads a Vet and his nephew referred 3MZ to take care of his muffler issue, then when my Dad got it back, it was leaking oil all over the driveway and now makes a loud thump when he turns the car on. He brought it back @2pm and asked if they could put it on the hoist so he can see where the problem is because he never had an oil leak before. Jamal refused to put it on the hoist or show him where the problem is and said that we’re closing because we haven’t had any customers, my Dad replies well Im here now & its only 2. Jamal refused to do it and turned him away. My Dad felt voiceless. What Horrible customer service, in my opinion. My Dad has been a disabled Vet for over 20 years, he barely goes out. He might put 100 miles on his Jeep annually. He starts it up everyday just to keep it running in excellent shape. The Jeep was worth $8000 but after a $1300 failed repair now he’s not sure what to do. Feeling taken advantage of

My 1989 LeBaron needed new rack and pinion bushings installed. Jamal made me a more than fair price for the work, and even cut me a break because of the condition of the vehicle made the job go quicker. I'm a big DIY kind of guy, but some repairs are better left to the neighborhood shop. Thanks for the great service!

View on GoogleJamal charged my 6,000$ for an engine rebuild. He is such a crook and so incompetent that he has had my car in an out of his shop for 9 MONTHS and has not been able to fix it. I've had to take it back at least 4 times after he said it was fixed. He's not honored the warranty and refuses to work on it anymore. He has my 6,000$ and I have a car that doesn't run. It's sitting in his lot right now. Unfortunately I'm taking him to civil court. What a huge disappointment.
