View on GoogleI was having a bad day paid for a tow truck to pepboys and they didn’t have a tire technician on site then had it towed to a1 and Randy was nice and took care of me. As soon as I got here they immediately started working on my car and got me out in 20 min and the price was great definitely try to them out you won’t regret it!
View on GoogleVery disappointed with my experience here. My father paid $300 for tires, and the same day one of the tires had a leak. I came back the very next day expecting the defective tire to be replaced, but instead they simply plugged it and sent me on my way. Now the exact same tire is leaking again, and I’m back dealing with the same issue all over again. What makes this more frustrating is the owner was asking for a review before the problem was even properly resolved. I tried to give the business the benefit of the doubt and see if the repair would hold up, but it clearly did not. When customers spend their hard-earned money, especially on something as important as tires and safety, they deserve quality products and proper service the first time. This experience has been inconvenient, frustrating, and unprofessional. I truly hope they improve how they handle situations like this in the future.

They also did a whole diagnostic on my car and let me know what was needed or worn out so that I now feel safe that I won’t have a car break down. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an honest assessment of their car.
