Tech Center Auto Electric

Took my truck to Tech Center Auto Electric and I’ll say it—these guys are solid. No nonsense, no runaround, no “uhh we’ll call you back maybe.” Just straight-up communication the whole time. Explained what was wrong without making it sound like rocket science, which I respect. Normally, car repairs feel like getting jumped by your own wallet. You go in for one thing and suddenly you’re pricing out a second job just to afford it. Not here. They hit me with upfront numbers and stuck to it—no surprise punches. Good people, patient, and actually talk to you like a human. Even gave me a heads-up on future stuff and what it’ll cost, so I’m not blindsided later. First time here, won’t be the last. Found my shop. Done deal.

Had to take a moment to share an excellent experience so far. Of course with a good mechanic - like a doctor you say hope to see you soon... No!!, actually I don't 😀!! It's a mixed bag. But it's tough to find good, trustworthy and reliable people to trust. I'm new to Tech Center but so far, so good. 3 pretty major things done. It's been a week, holding well and reasonable explained my bill to me, answered ant Qs for more than I thought 3 main repairs would be... Also was out of town. So they held my car for a day or 2 and were able to work with my schedule, explained things very patiently and very professionally. Great group, GREG is amazing to deal with for issues. My issues were ignition replacement and housing (15yr old Escape), hood latch, battery and more. THANK YOU TECH CENTER!!

I had an issue with my car losing electricity when I turned it off. This has been going on off and on for about 3 years. I called Tech Auto Electric and spoke with Greg. He told me to bring my car and not turn it off. He pulled the car into the service bay and turned it off and experienced the complete electircal shutdown I had been experiencing. The next day when he went to assess it, the car didn't turn off so he could not analyze the problem. He instead made a repair from what he experienced the day before. That was at least 4 months ago, andI haven't had that electrical issue since the repair, and my car has run better than ever. I am having a different issue now and I am hope Greg and his crew can fixx that as well. Electrical is a very tricky and expensive repair. I think Greg was very fair and provided excellent customer service both whle the car was in for repair and since. He called a week or so later to check to see if everything was fine. I don't see the kind of service he provides very often in any domain of life. I have referred friends and neighbors to bring their cars here for electrical concerns. If you need electrical work on your car, this is where to get it!

Honest and knowledgeable mechanics! I Had some recent repairs done to my vehicle here and i was very pleased! Greg kept me informed as to the status and progress of the repairs throughout the entire time my car was with them being serviced. They offer a variety of services, and are definitely the only shop i plan to return to for future repairs needed. Thanks again guys!

Highly recommend coming here! Greg is super communicative during the process of checking your car, updates about pricing, and updating you about ETA of the service (which is a really quick turn-around for high quality fixes). I went there recently to have my car serviced, and I've decided I'm making this my go-to place and recommendation for friends/family :)
