I brought my car here last week for a major fix. They explained to me very thoroughly exactly what they will do and promised they will take good care of my car. I’ve never received that type of customer service. 10/10 customer service, great people, highly recommend this place!

They took the time to inspect my vehicle properly, explained the issues in a way that was easy to understand, and gave me a clear estimate before doing any work. I really appreciated that there was no pressure or upselling — just honest recommendations and fair pricing. The work was completed faster than I expected, and my car drives noticeably better now. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Finding a mechanic you can trust isn’t easy, but this place definitely earned my confidence. I’ll be coming back for all my maintenance and repairs and recommending them to family and friends.

View on GoogleIf I could give these guys two thousand stars, I would! They are highly-skilled and knowledgeable. They have integrity and they are courteous and kind. Yesterday, I went all over town looking for a mechanic who could help me with my car. I went to five different places, including a shop that I bring my car to regularly for maintenance and repairs, and nobody would help me because it was late in the afternoon (around 3:00-4:00 pm) and they closed around 5pm or 6pm. Also, my regular mechanic didn’t even know how to properly fix it. I came to this Good Year Shop located at (or near) 21579 Schoenherr Rd. sometime after 5pm and they helped me immediately, with no hesitation, despite the fact that they were closing soon and getting ready to leave. The mechanic immediately got to work. He knew exactly what the problem was, and explained what he was going to do and totally fixed the issue! I will not be going back to my old mechanic. From now on, this shop will be the first place I bring my car to for future maintenance and repairs. Thank you so much for helping me yesterday! I really needed the repair work done because I had a long drive the next morning into another city. These guys have found a new customer with me! They are the best. And I couldn’t beat the price they charged me for their work anywhere!
