When my new TRX started having issues Hass was able to get me a brand new engine covered and installed in less than 2 weeks! Unlike most shops that nickel and dime a customer whatever was extra they didn’t charge!!

View on GoogleCalled spoke to Justin early in the week of 6/9 he was pressing me to bring my car up there. I told him I would bring it the end of the week once I got paid. Took my car Saturday 6/12 he told me my car will be done by the time 12:00 came, which they were open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. end up having to call them. He end up having to keep my car through the weekend or he said I can pick it up but I decided to leave it there because I didn't have time to be going back and forth so left my car Monday. He said it would have been done by 12:00 at 12. :00 car was not done called again. They told me to be done by 1:00. He end up calling me letting me know that my car basically was held up there that weekend before and that day for hours and days and they weren't able to fix it and the part that I needed was $1,500 not including labor. I had to call them. He kept telling me it was going to be ready and then he told me he had the parts. So I was assuming my car will be able to get fixed. Had to go up there and get my car which was very interesting because he was telling me one thing and something else was happening. Anyway, I end up going to pick up my car and nothing was done. He tried to explain to me none of his story was making sense. So I end up taking my car to motor City Auto in Warren, Michigan fixed in the same day I should have known when I pulled up to this shop. It looked kind of sketchy but I gave them a chance never again but I am happy my car is fixed
