Honestly, I don’t know how anybody could leave this place anything less than five stars. The lady on the phone was professional and remember who I was and my tire size. And I’ve never been there before. They didn’t try to sell me some tire I didn’t need. She actually inquired about fixing the one that was on there and said it was in great shape until they found out that I told him I ran it on a flat and messed up the sidewall. They had a tire on clearance that they sold me, they didn’t even try to act like they didn’t have a cheaper one and try to sell me a new one. The last person that did my tires over tighten the lug nuts and they had trouble getting it off and one of the Lugnuts broke because of the last person over tightening with an impact. So they fix the tire and they torque it by hand to specs. And charge me a one dollar fee for a lug nut. Honestly, you can’t get anything for a dollar. I gave them a tip with their hard work and their honesty because in today’s world that’s hard to come by. I will personally never go get a tire from anywhere ever again they have a customer for life ….

Extremely rude women there and took my $ in less than 5mins for nothing. I daily drive my truck and work on vehicles. Went in for alignment because I got new tires the day prior. Truck has a "straight" axle so its not a problem to set the toe angle. They pulled it in/out in a cpl mins saying they cant do it bc ball joints are bad. My wheels/tire would be leaning inward if they were so bad it couldn't be done. I asked and offered to pay full alignment price to do the bare minimum which is setting the toe angle. Its 1 sleeve that gets turned to make the tire point straight. Had nothing to do with safety, again I drive it daily just fine. Between my drive, time wasted, and paying for nothing to be done, I would give them 0 stars. I never give bad reviews bc I dont want someone's business having a bad reputation. I work hard for my $ to have them take it within minutes and do nothing, I have to let other people know so this shop cant do it to them. Im all for supporting small business, mom/pop shops, ect, not this one. 2 hours of my pay to get taken in 5mins for nothing. They could have just sent me away and been done with it. Went to another shop right afterwards, they had no problem doing the alignment.

Customer service is top priority for me, I gladly drove pass Regal Tires. Spend your money with people who actually want to deal with you. I highly recommend AB tires if you want fast friendly service!!!
