I am literally just leaving from here and want to say they were so great. They were fast (dropped off car overnight, immediately work on my car on a Saturday) and it was done by 2:30pm. Prices were so fair and they were great at explaining whether I should continue more repairs and sink money into the car if it were to continue having problems. I really appreciated that honesty. I would highly recommend this shop. Marty in particular was very helpful.

Dont let them scam you! Charged me $100 for an inspections but says my vehicle wouldnt start so they couldnt drive it. I asked them what was wrong with and they couldnt tell me anything but what i told them. Even though i know i there was a code for the turbo. Then wanted to charge me $5020 for a transmission but couldnt tell me if that would fix my issues, and i dont know if that was for a new or used transmission. I asked them what did they inspect and he said oh we checked the fluid and had it on the lift and check the code. Then on top of that, the $5020 includes a $200 credit card processing fee. So i declined the service and went to pick my truck up but they kept telling me it wont start , it wont start we tried everything and how they are "mechanics" and they know how to start a vehicle. He said he even used his big jump pack on it and it wouldnt start. I asked to used their jump pack and they said they couldnt give it to me but they will go out there with me but it wont start. I asked him like 10 times can we just go out there and see if it starts. Then it changed to oh we only have 1 mechanic on duty today so they cant go out there. So I went out there and looked in the car and got my jump pack. I thought the battery was low because it had been sitting but I jump started my truck and drove it to another shop. After looking at the receipt it says " no warranty on parts and labor if customer diagnoses or if customer supplies the parts. All they did was put it on the code checker, the same thing i did at autozone for free.

Ended up in a bad vehicular situation late in the evening (right before close) and had my Equinox brought here. Marty was very helpful in understanding the situation and explaining the next steps in the hopeful revival of my car. I agreed to the repairs (which were very fairly priced) and it was amazingly done the next morning. Car is running great and im more than pleased with my experience here. I highly recommend Platinum (and Marty) for routine maintenance and especially for repairs. This is my new go-to mechanic. Thanks again for saving my engine guys!

I had a great experience at this auto shop. They replaced my shocks and struts and also took care of some bearing issues. The whole process was quick and efficient—they had me in and out in no time. My car now drives smoothly and feels like new again. What really stood out was how friendly and professional the staff were. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you find a place that’s both skilled and genuinely helpful. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable auto work.
