Best auto repair I've used by far. Had my car in for brake work and some suspension work they had It in and out the same day. The staff are very professional and great to talk to. Will highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done

I came in right before closing with a coolant leak and they went above and beyond to help me. They got the parts quickly, stayed late, and made sure everything was taken care of. This is the only shop I’ve taken all my cars to because I truly trust them, they always show you the broken parts and explain the repairs also have good pricing. Definitely recommend going here!! Even an his staff are amazing!!

In my experience, this shop failed to honor a stated agreement regarding pricing and scope of work. The owner provided a quoted price to repair our engine, and based on that representation, we authorized the work and paid $650 upfront. We were explicitly told that the remaining balance would be due once we obtained the engine. Due to financial hardship, there was a delay in providing the engine; however, once it was supplied, the owner declined to honor the original quoted amount and instead demanded a significantly higher price to complete the repair. Had the terms been accurately represented or subject to change, I would not have authorized the disassembly of the engine. As it stands, the shop accepted payment, partially disassembled the engine, and did not complete the repair or resolve the underlying issue as initially agreed. Additionally, the explanation provided for the substantial increase in labor costs lacked clarity and did not appear consistent with the original agreement. This raised serious concerns regarding transparency and business practices. I strongly advise others to obtain all estimates, terms, and scope of work in writing, including a detailed, itemized breakdown, before authorizing any repairs. Verbal agreements were not upheld in this instance. Overall, this experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. Hello to start I’m a mom of two daughters I commute to and from their school and my job every week and my headlights had went out this week. I came here to resolve this and it went unresolved. Please be aware before taking your car here if you have a similar issue; they will take your money but the work might not be done. I paid them then got back to the house and one headlight was working. I am extremely upset due to not only having less money to take care of this issue but that I had thought they were capable of fixing it, yet I was sadly mistaken. I do not usually do review posts but my experience might save someone time and money that’s all. Also telling them about my headlight still not working afterwards they responded with charging me more money to fix the issue ($375 diagnostic test) although from what I was aware they had pinpointed the issue with a diagnostic test to begin with. I came in to get my 2016 jeep wrangler looked at and every single man here was awesome. I was a little cautious at first but they were very welcoming. I brought my 5 year old daughter with me and the first thing i heard one of the guys say was “hey there’s a young girl in here now so no cussing.” I respected that alone before they even took my car back. My car was taken back very quickly and diagnosed quick. The pricing was pretty fair as i thought i was going to have to spend a lot more money. I can’t remember the guys name but he know who he is, kept me and my daughter company until my friend came to pick me up. Very knowledgeable and did not gatekeep like most places. I have found my new repair shop honestly.
