5 stars. Independence Auto Repair saved me from making a huge financial mistake. I brought in a used car for a pre-purchase inspection, and for less than $100, they took the time to go through it top to bottom. They found major drivetrain leaks that were completely ignored by the dealership selling it. Their detailed write-up gave me exactly what I needed to hold the dealer accountable and ultimately walk away. You can't beat the peace of mind for the price. View on GoogleIt’s very hard to trust mechanics now a days due to scams and a consumers lack of knowledge of a vehicle. I can confidently say you can trust these people with your vehicle. The honesty about what needs to be repaired and what I could save money on was such a breathe of fresh air from a mechanic. The pricing they provided me was extremely reasonable and the explaining of the cost was amazing as well. If you have a foreign vehicle you need to go here. These guys are honest and reasonable people.
View on GoogleThey diagnosed the issues with my car quickly and got my car repaired in just a couple of hours for a reasonable price. I got my 02 sensor replaced as well as a new battery. It's such a relief to no longer see the check engine light on my dash. Oh, and they also gave me a free coffee mug!

Came to shop to get an estimate on a oil leak, received same day quote after inspection of vehicle, repairs where completed within 1 day of dropping off, mechanic also explained and showed what parts where needing repair prior to receiving quote.
