I had an excellent experience with this shop. They replaced my brakes, tie rod, and front and rear suspension, and the difference is unbelievable. My car drives like it’s brand new! The team was professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about doing the job right. They also gave me a great price for all the work that was done, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality repairs and trustworthy service.

I have had 2 great experiences at Detroit Break Repair. Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was kind, honest, and very thorough in explaining the repairs my vehicle needed. I honestly hate taking my car in for repairs because I have been to other shops that talked down to me or tried to force unnecessary repairs because I'm a woman, and I guess that means I don't know anything about cars even though I've been driving a car for 33 years and put about 50k miles on in a year 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️. When I first called to make an appointment, Jackie made me feel heard, and was able to get me in the same day. (It was a wheel bearing just like I thought 😬) . Their prices were fair and affordable, and the quality of work was outstanding. They are thorough, honest, kind, and put safety first. It's hard to find a repair shop you can trust, and I'm grateful to have found this one. Highly recommended!

BE AWARE !!!! My teen son took his car to them , it’s an older car , the brakes were making noise , but still working properly, I personally did drive the car a night before to make sure they are safe to drive , and they were working Perfectly fine , except the squeaking noise, He left the car there for few hours and they called with an estimate , I told my son bring the car back and we will take back after few weeks after we save up the money to fix it , As soon as he started to drive he called me saying dad brakes don’t work I can’t stop the car and there are abs and brake lights are on , I told him don’t drive I’m coming , I drove and brought the car back slowly , and parked the car My son called them , they said they did not do anything , After my work I drove there , the lady at the front was supper mean , no she does not Know what respect or customer service is , she raised her voice telling me they did not do anything , they only removed the tires and put them back in , Ok but the car was not like this when we took them to be checked ? I understand brakes needs to be replaced , but they can not suddenly stop working with all the brake lights on !!! I did not ask anything for free , but they should be responsible on the mistake that they did , they did not even check the car afterwards. I do not recommend anyone to trust their cars to these mean selfish scammers Their license should be taken away from their hands from not having proper customer service, being rude to the customers and scamming our community.

Jackie works at the desk she’s nice. I’ve had work done by them a few times so that says a lot. They have competitive pricing so you’ll get experienced mechanics at affordable rates .
