TLDR: Avoid this dealership. I WAS REQUIRED TO PAY A $500 DEPOSIT JUST TO TEST DRIVE ON THE HIGHWAY, was restricted during the test drive, and then had to fight to get my money back. They attempted to keep part of the deposit for repair costs for a pre-existing issue which i pointed out in the first 2 minutes. STORY BELOW: John was the only person there who seemed genuinely helpful and sincere. Unfortunately, I only interacted with him briefly at the very end of what was easily one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. My experience with Saif and his father was terrible. I’ve dealt with many dealerships and garages, and this was the first time I encountered all of the following just to test drive a car: 1) Staff required to sit in the passenger seat 2) Highway driving explicitly prohibited 3) A mandatory $500 deposit just to test drive on the highway Getting my deposit back was an ordeal. They also attempted to deduct $100 for an alignment issue I noticed within the first two minutes of the test drive and pointed out to both of them which they both acknowledged was off at the time. When I asked to take the Cadillac on the highway, I was immediately told no. I explained that many issues only show up at highway speeds and even offered to let the employee drive instead — still refused. I was then told the only way to test drive on the highway was to pay a $500 deposit, which I was verbally assured would be fully refundable if I didn’t buy the car. Skeptical as I was I reluctantly agreed. During the drive, the only issue I noticed was the alignment, which they acknowledged and said they would fix. I left interested and intended to purchase, but after further research, I decided not to proceed and notified them within 24 hours. 3 days later, they claimed I waited too long and refused to refund the deposit, saying they “lost a buyer” because of me. The phone call escalated after half an hour where I said im just gonna do a chargeback and they had the audacity to yell and dare me to dispute the charge saying theyd call their bank and show them the contract i signed (I did not sign a contract — only a receipt). At the end of the call eventually, I was told to come pick up my money in person. When I arrived, they said they would refund it minus $100 for the alignment, even though the issue existed before and the fix would benefit the next buyer. They then claimed there was “nothing wrong” and that they were never planning to fix it — contradicting what they previously told me. Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Proceed with caution. Genuinely surprised how this place has all these good ratings must be thanks to John.

I was just there the other day, I took in my cadillac for a check engine light, and the guys were awesome they serviced me really quick, they told me how much it was going to cost and everything. Pretty fair pricing and great work! Better than all these other places that rip you off

Great experience with John and his team. I needed someone to take a look at a F150 I was picking up to bring back to Nashville. I found this shop on the Cartalk website and called to talk through what I needed. John went by and picked it up and called with his suggestions on things the truck needed. He told me what was urgent and what could be taken care of a little later. He took care of everything that needed to be done and had it ready by the day I got to town. HIGHLY recommend John and Center Line Auto Services for their honesty and customer service.

I've only been a customer for 2 years, but I would follow John (who ought to be called "Honest John") anywhere! He has taken such good care of my car, it's like it's his own car. His ability, integrity & experience make him absolutely top notch in service. I really like how he explains things.

John is a great mechanic. His staff is friendly. All are Knowledgeable. Prices are fair. Will definitely be back for my car services. Parking can be tricky sometimes though.
