It is possible to travel back in time. Back when awesome service and quality workmanship was the way to do business. Bruce went way above and beyond on my 2009 Ford Escape. No one can believe this car is 17 years old, it looks like it just rolled off the line. Not only was the work done properly Bruce took the time to explain what he did and what I can do to keep the car looking good for years to come. nobody will work on rust damage anymore and I get it. The cost of owning a shop in Michigan is outrageous and most places need to charge 5k per job to break even. If you love your car you must stop in here.

if i could i would give him negative stars. He doesn’t do good business “fixed my car” only for me to still have problems took the money and everything and does nothing to rectify the stuff he didn’t fix on my car that’s causing me more problems and money now. The business needs to be shut down.

Great guy to work with, didn't overcharge me, very understanding, just overall a good person to do business with. If I'm ever in a situation again when where I need work done (hopefully never again), I know just where to go.

Damage to my truck was fixable I had to pay myself Bruce repaired my truck made drivable, cosmeticly, looks very good barely noticable. Considering the "V" damage, didn't hit anything other than supports. Fantastic job if I could THATS exactly what I would have done if I was young Bruce has my business when ever....

I recently heard a story about the city, along with past councilman Gary watts, complaining about your business regarding "blight" , charging you with a misdemeanor and causing you to close your business... just wanted to let you know that there are residents who stand by you and have your back! Shame on the city of warren and anyone involved in this campaign that says auto shops are blight and an eyesore. Im sure they wouldn't be saying that if it was their car sitting in your lot after getting in an accident. Hope everything works out for you! Sincerely, a warren resident of 30 years
