Really wish I could give 0 stars. Brought my car in November and started having issues with it 60 days after purchase. I took my car to the car repair shop in March and just got it back last week. Guess what? Nothing was fixed absolutely NOTHING!!!! Then I pick it up they tell me I have to take it to another place for a recall. I would not recommend this repair shop or their dealership. The lady Jen was super nice but you can tell how comfortable she has gotten to lie for them.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !! Don’t take your car here unless you are MADE of money and can pay for a rental and Ubers for MONTHS. No reimbursement, nothing. You call and they have no ETA for when the repair will be done because no one has looked at your car. I call up there and they say my car is ready… I get there and it’s the wrong car :) crash out in 3….2….1. Yeah! They gave me $100 but I could care less! Money does not equate to customer service. Everytime I go up there everyone sittin around looking crazy!!! Who works here!?!?!? The sales shop and repair shop should be reported to the BBB period. They delegate like it’s ran by 14 year olds at a McDonald’s. Yall playing with people money, life, career, kids , and SANITY. Then they just turn off the check engine light so you leave them alone whole time I NEED A WHOLE NEW ENGINE! Just took it to a new shop and they said whoever did work on this car is not right. Don’t go here.

Finally got someone to answer the phone (thanks Jenn)so I'll up my rate to 3 stars for now... but let's see how the repair work goes for the final review... Update to review.... needed a couple of sensors replaced today(04/23/2026) Again Jennifer was fantastic and got me an appointment for tomorrow. The guys who put in my motor and overflow tank did an outstanding job as well. Thank you!!!!
