I had a very frustrating experience at the Belle Tire location on Van Dyke. I paid online for a tire replacement and scheduled an appointment for 5:00 PM, but when I arrived, the store had no record of my payment or appointment. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. Because of this, I had to leave work early and was put in an emergency situation with no way to get home. I was then forced to pay again in-store just to receive the service I had already paid for. This caused financial loss and affected my job, all due to a system failure and lack of support. A system error is understandable — leaving a paying customer stranded is not. I expect a refund for the original payment and a proper resolution. I hope this issue is taken seriously so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Wish I could give a better rating as most of the staff was extremely polite and service was good. However, I had to talk with the most unpleasant individual I've ever had to deal with (John) and he was extremely rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. To summarize, I'll be going to another business or location because customers should be treated with more respect.
View on GoogleNeeded ball joints in the front on both sides, I shopped around and Belle ended up being the most reasonable option considering price and timing. After getting vehicle completed, I noticed a slight pull. I took it back and the staff took care of an existing issue that they felt they should have caught while having vehicle repair initially and because of that only charged me for parts. They are a good, honest, diligent working crew who respected my time and money. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

I took it to Firestone and guess what...they were able to fix it!!! Even though they're the closest I would never go there again!!!
View on GoogleOne star is too generous for this place. Belle Tire has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only are their prices ridiculously high, but the guy at the front is extremely rude and arrogant. Zero professionalism, zero courtesy. He treated me like he was doing me a favor just by acknowledging me. Never coming back. They don’t deserve another dime or another customer. If you value your money and your dignity, stay far away from this place.
