Quick and Easy. In and Out. My parents have been coming here for years and the customer service is still amazing to this day. It took maybe 15 minutes and both of the men there were very nice. Hopefully I won’t need a tire anytime soon but if I do I’ll be right back here.
View on GoogleI've been here 3 times now and I've been very happy every time. I will be back again. I got 2 tires back in July and like had 90% thread on them and no problems at all. Then I took my other vehicle there cause my car was shaking. Found out the place I went to before ACE didnt balance my tire. Thank you for taking good care of me.
View on GoogleVery poor customer service. I was the first customer at the shop and was inspecting used tires carefully, which is normal before buying. Instead of assisting me, the staff ignored me and started helping other customers who came later. This is unfair and unprofessional. When the owner arrived, his attitude was also rude and not respectful. Customers deserve proper attention and basic courtesy. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
View on GoogleI came for used tires on my truck, on Saturday 2/21. I got some used bfgoodrich k02s, (never bought used tires) and when they were done they told me I have a bent rim so they put it in the back. Drove it. (Had a shake getting up to freeway speed that didn’t go away) I instantly went to another shop to have them fix the bent rim cause I don’t play games. They told me my rims not bent it’s just they sold me bad tires, (starting dry rot on edges of sidewall and tires tread is choppy). Had them put my truck down and I went to a 3rd shop to have them road force balance the tires and check for a bent rim and they also said that my rim is not bent. That ace tires put all the weights in 1 spot and gave me some not so good used tires agreeing with the 2nd shop. So I had to pay to go fix their mistake. And am gonna have to spend more a get new tires soon again. I get they were used tires but that’s not how you do business.. I also asked if there was any dry rot because the tires were stacked when I seen them and I was told “no” when in fact dry rot is starting on the sidewall. I should’ve just spent the extra for new tires. I went back and said something and they didn’t want to do anything about it. So just don’t waste your money here.
