Where do I start…I found this shop just driving on 9 mile and I came in and was met by a very respectful and helpful man by the name of Albert. I spoke with him about some things I needed for my car and he was more than helpful to help me get it done. Replaced my outer tire rod my wheel stud and even tightened up my sway bar links and upper control arm. All through out this interaction he was more than just a help but he taught me things as well. He has amazing prices and does great quality work. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for fast and quality service on their vehicle.

Very helpful and honest. Took both my vehicles to be looked at and fixed. Fixed the one in a couple hours and made sure there was nothing else going on with it, awesome price. Checked out our other one and before just doing anything, told us it wouldn't be worth having to spend a ton of money on it because of the issues. Super nice guy, definitely recommend!!

Had a radiator leak on my 2003 Pontiac Grand am v6 and he suggested that I'd go to an affordable parts store on 9 Mile called Quality Auto Parts but I went to Holbrooks because they didn't have it in stock. Their customer service is top notch even checked a couple of other things like my windshield wipers free of charge to me, had a great reasonable price too, lowest in town.
