Not going here anymore! I bought 4 new tires, less than a month I had a slow leak in one of the tires. They said the fix was replacing a bad valve. Less then 4 months, I had 2 tires with a slow leak. There remedy was that I don't have a warranty? Hmm, no warranty on 4 tires less than a year old? My business is not welcomed there anymore.
View on GoogleIf i could give 0 stars i would. Not happy at all with the services. I brought my vehicle in because it was not starting on some occasions. So when they diagnosed it, they told me it was the OC sensor. So I took their word for it, and they replaced the sensor to no avail. Mind you the OC sensor has nothing to do with the car not being able to start. So when I brought it in a week later, they charged me another diagnosis charge, and said it was the battery. Why should I have to pay for another diagnosis charge, when they didn't diagnose it correct the first time? Spent over four thousand dollars in repairs this year and they lost my business for 2 hundred dollars.

Got an appraisal and when I questioned why it was so low, I was told.....oh, Tom didn't look under the hood. Really??? I rear-ended someone and you didn't look under the hood. I decided to have my car towed to another facility, because of the not looking under the hood. I had to pay for work they had done on it t. But when I got it to the new body shop, the car was totaled. Why would work have started on a car that was totaled. Very shady if you ask me. Would not recommend.

View on GoogleThis place gave me a hassle about changing the tire on my. I had to get the manager of the dealership involved. Now I need to drive out to Novi or somewhere else to get my Lincoln serviced because I don't trust the service department at all.
