I brought my 2020 Chevy Silverado into Auto-Lab for routine maintenance and to have them check out an intermittent issue I’d been experiencing with my rear brakes. They completed an oil change, tire rotation, and replaced both serpentine belts, and everything was done professionally and on time. While the tires were off during the rotation, they thoroughly inspected the brakes but didn’t find any issues at that time. What I appreciated most was their honesty. They could have easily told me something needed to be replaced, and I probably would have believed it. Instead, they were upfront about what they found and didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary. I worked directly with John, who was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. It’s not easy to find a mechanic shop these days that’s both honest and fairly priced, but Auto-Lab definitely fits the bill. They’ve earned my trust and will be my go to shop for future maintenance and repairs. Thanks again to John and the entire team at Auto-Lab for the excellent service!
