Mr. Tire

First visit was an excellent experience. Al replaced my flat with a used tire for $50. He was very nice and was done in about 20 minutes. I recommend Mr Tire if you need tires new or used.

As I was parallel parking for church, my left front tire sidewall was punctured by exposed rebar. Being that it was a Sunday, I was PRAYiNG that a tire shop would be open to check it. I figured it was damaged but didn’t know the extend. I called a few places, but Mr. Tire was the only one to be open. Al invited me to come in about 20min after my call. When I arrived, he immediately looked at it and found the hole. He did not have the tire in stock needed to replace mine, but was able to make an order for the following day. Luckily, by just filling my tire over and over every few hours, it never went flat. That bought me enough time to get my car back to him on Monday, around 4pm, just after he called to inform me the tire arrived. Al was fast to change the tire and was very kind, professional, empathic through the entire process. The shop takes cash and card, though credit does increase the cost. I didn’t have cash on me to make the deposit Sunday, but brought bills for Monday. The remaining cost was a dollar over than an easy bill exchange. Instead of taking the full amount and giving me change, Al just told me to forget the $1 extra and made it an even cost. Very kind. 🙂 A dollar saved is a dollar saved! Thank you, Al and Mr. Tire, for a quick repair in an unfortunate context and inconvenient timing!

Fast friendly professional service. Reasonable price. I have a service plumbing van couldn't figure out a noise. I was having they helped rotate my tires quickly and showed me a choppy tire. Is that the mechanic shops couldn't find? Thanks again for exceptional service

I absolutely would not recommend coming here, they frequently sell bald and heavily patched tires for 50 to 70 dollars depending on size and aquire all the tires from a junkyard and/or any person off the street willing to sell them for under 5$ a tire. Always a long wait for new tires as they do not seem to stock them in store as well as a hefty mark up price. They rarely patch tires from the inside if you are coming in for a flat they will use plugs and charge you 20$, it is free at Belle Tire or Budget tire and the do not use those wimpy unsafe plugs. They treat females poorly often charging them extra due to not knowing what a man would and almost never balance the tires unless asked. They use shoddy jacks that seem very old, unkept and unsafe my car fell straight to the ground here before. Al is often rude looks down on women and steals tips from employees. I have been here frequently unfortunately because I live down the street I have also seen them mistreat employees bossing them around and acting as if they are less than worthy. Also what kind of a shop does not offer wheel alignments? There is a man that goes by the name of Ed and he is great to talk to and work with, if you do decide to come here Thursday-Friday is the best bet.
