Fred and Bill are absolutely fantastic. I can't thank then enough for getting my car in working order. I was in town to help my son post surgery and started hearing a loud ticking sound in my blazer. My son had used Fred and Bill's shop before and told me to take it up there before I head on a 247 mile drive home. I was so worried about damages and costs my stomach was turning. They came out immediately, took my truck for a ride and isolated the issue and resolved it fast and effectively. I can now make it home safely and will have the car looked at by our dealership in the future. As my son did with me , I highly recommend this shop for your needs. Great people, fair prices and I couldn't be happier after my visit. Thanks Fred and Bill!

I had to come on here and write an awesome review to the guys that work at Down River car care. very professional I made an appointment online took my jeep up there a couple of days later they told me what the problem was. Fred was even so kind and went out of his way to make sure I had a way to work while they worked on my car hands-down one of the best places to take your vehicle if you need any type of service!!!!
