View on GoogleI flew from New Orleans to Michigan in regards to purchasing one of their tow trucks that they have for sale. I was in communication with this company and were certain I was going to be driving away with a tow truck for my business. The drive home would’ve been 14 hours that I was willing to drive. Upon arrival of inspection of the truck, they had to give the truck a boost off for it to crank. It had an oil leak and the inside of it was filthy. Also when asked to test drive the truck…the max time they would allow was 30 minutes. Thirty minutes is not an adequate amount of time to fully evaluate a truck when it has to be driven on a 14 hour trip home. The trip was a waste of time and resources. Very unprofessional and not people of their word. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Also different truck from which was posted for sell Tony has horrible costumer service and not a man of his word told me the truck would be ready once I got there

Thankfully, I found United. Not only did they fix my car but they did it in a timely manner and at a fair price. Their team was professional, honest, and clearly knows what they’re doing. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely be coming back if I ever need anything in the future. Highly recommend!!
