I requested them to leave my car inside, they did not. They quoted me tires without actually looking at what was on the vehicle so the quote was wrong. They scratched the wrap on 3 out of 4 of my wheels.

Consistently provide world class service! I’ve visited three times for major issues and they took care of the problem quickly, with quality and a very fare price. The staff is very attentive and professional! This is my place from now on! Thank you to Torrie White and the entire team for serving with excellence! My 84 year old mom went there today for an oil change. They charged her $114 for the premium Mobil One full synthetic 10,000 mile change. They never asked her if that's what she wanted. She also waited 3 hours because they did not tell her they were actually out of the oil they needed and had to get it from another location. They absolutely took advantage of her and got very defensive when I called and questioned them about it.

I don’t give 5 stars often, but this place deserves it because they go the extra mile. I’ve used this location for at least the past 8 years; I’m a repeat customer if that says anything. Historically I’ve done services on military bases or Costco because of price, yet Belle Tire remains as competitive with a deeper inventory. In a recent service (new tire/alignment/oil change) they demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. Upon completion all seemed perfect, however a couple days later a svc light popped up, yikes…oil pressure, oil everywhere, stop immediately. I called, explained, and they shuffled and saw me within 10 min. A gasket and o-ring failed…unsure of the exact reason. What caught my attention was, they identified this as high risk and they immediately resolved. No cost to me. Its that focus that earned my respect. I want to give a shout out to Jay for his handling and communication style. And lastly, thanks for also hooking up Vets with an extra 10 percent discount. Another nice perk is their waiting room is rather clean and comfortable. Thanks Belle Tire!

My car was making a slightly high pitch noise so I took my car to this location to get it checked out as I thought it could be a belt or baring issue. I was told that the noise was coming from a vacuum hose that needed to be replaced and the cost was $174.00. I agreed to the fix because it seemed minor enough. I was also told that my rear brakes needed to be replaced so I agreed to it because I thought the issue with my car was only the vacuum hose. That was an additional $600.00. After paying for the services the sales associate told me they did a diagnostic scan on my car, handed me a sheet, and some transmission codes came up and I should get those checked before they become a bigger problem. There should be an order of operations. I should have been told about the transmission codes at the same time I was told about the vacuum hose and the rear brakes, because I would have never agreed to the additional $600.00 had I known my transmission might be an issue. There is a lack of integrity at this location and I was scammed into paying for services by not telling me the whole picture at once. Furthermore, the vacuum hose was not the issue because my car started making the same noise as soon as I returned home. I would not go to Belle Tire for mechanical issues and only stick to tires and brakes. When you take your car to get serviced, you are hoping that honesty will be at the forefront. Most people have a hard time paying additional car expenses and waiting to tell the full picture after someone pays is disgraceful and conniving.
