View on GoogleI had a great experience at Car-Aid. I was able to setup an appointment on my phone. I dropped my vehicle on a Wednesday and received a text the next morning with an estimate. I checked what I approved and the work began. My car was ready by Friday morning. My only issue was a dirty mechanic rag was left in my cup holder and the steering wheel was extremely dirty. It took several wipes to clean it. But overall great service. I love the technology!

Only negative is I get my car back with a dirty steering wheel and gear shift every time. My hands end up looking like I worked on it myself after pick up lol.

I was in a position where I had to wait at the facility for an hour and a half and was able to observe a very skilled and knowledgeable team and saw many pleased customers come and go!
