View on GoogleThese guys are supposed to be European specialist. I called ahead of time and I came in to talk to him and asked him if they could service my 71E type. They used to have a smart guy there but he’s not there anymore when I asked him to help me the guy at the front desk so we are not interested and just get like a big dork very unprofessional very rude. Didn’t wanna hear about nothing just wanted my oil change the spark plugs change not too hard for a pro. Not ever go back here again I know they don’t care but you should find a better place. Don’t go in the parking lot. You won’t be able to back out. It’s a clutter mess. That’s all.
View on GoogleMy vehicle was diagnosed. I was called about the plan to repair it. They did the work. I was called and told that despite the work being done, that it did not resolve the issue. I was forced to pay more than $1600.00 and I have nothing to show for it! I had to pay for a tow of my vehicle to another mechanic. I’m devastated. I’m an honest person and I did not make a scene despite being very irritated. I will never recommend this establishment. Respectfully I disagree with your response. You had my vehicle for several days. Then I received a call that this was the fix. When I picked up my vehicle it was very awkward. I did not cause a scene. My card was held almost anticipating a conflict. I refrained and proceeded to make arrangements for a tow from your establishment. Another repair shop immediately diagnosed the problem and honestly they were baffled as to why I was out of $1600.00 with nothing to show for it. Why would I call you when you told me that your shop is not able to do the work. Oh and there lies the point. I’m told that the work can’t be done after I’ve paid? But now miraculously it’s diagnosed? There is no way that you can justify $1600.00 only to have my vehicle towed again.
