I couldn't be more impressed with the team at Tesla Southfield. From the moment I scheduled my appointment for paint work on my Tesla, the entire experience was seamless and professional. The staff was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating when setting up the appointment. Every question I had was answered promptly, and they made the process completely stress-free. When I arrived, everyone I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. The quality of the paint work exceeded my expectations. My vehicle looks absolutely fantastic, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the repair. What impressed me even more was the turnaround time—they completed the work much faster than I anticipated without compromising quality. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I was kept informed every step of the way, which gave me complete confidence that my vehicle was in great hands. As an added bonus, they provided a beautiful complimentary loaner vehicle, which made the repair process incredibly convenient and demonstrated how much they value their customers. It's rare to find a service center that excels in every category—professionalism, communication, quality, efficiency, and customer care—but Tesla Southfield did exactly that. This was genuinely one of the best service experiences I've ever had with any automotive repair facility. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or service, and I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future. My husband recently brought my car to Tesla Collision Southfield, and I just have to say how grateful I am for Nicole. Even though I wasn’t there myself, she made sure the whole process was smooth and stress-free for us. Nicole explained everything clearly, kept things organized, and treated our situation with so much care and kindness. The car is still in the shop, but thanks to Nicole’s thoughtful support, I feel confident it’s in the best hands. I really appreciate the way she goes above and beyond, and I wanted to leave this review to say thank you.

The phrase “above and beyond” pales in comparison to the level of service that was provided to me here. First, Dan took my call 7 minutes before closing, took his time understanding my issue, and spoke in a way that shows he cared and wanted to help me. Second, Kevin stayed back a whole hour after closing to meet me at the collision center and assess my car and jumpstart the repair process. I was so unbelievably shocked by this alone, and earned a 5-star review, because that kind of dedication and care is beyond rare. On top of that, Kevin ensured there was consistent clear communication with me to update me on progress and send pictures. He was also extremely prompt and helpful with dealing with my insurance adjuster, which made the process incredibly smooth for me. If that wasn’t enough, Tesla called after I picked up my car to ask me if I was satisfied or if there were any concerns, and AGAIN, Kevin followed up after this to take a look at my car. Whatever Kevin is getting paid, quadruple it. From genuinely kind and pleasant interactions from everyone I’ve interacted with at this center, to the speed at which things were taken care of, and finally, to knowing that the work being done is done professionally, correctly, and with care, choosing anywhere else for your Tesla would just be an incredibly silly decision. OH! And they even deep-cleaned the entire interior and exterior of my car after the repair. Thank you to everyone who worked on my model Y, I owe you donuts!

My experience of Tesla collision Southfield was the best experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop in about 60 years of driving. Debbie was extremely kind in the front office, and Don posted photos and information on the Tesla app at every step of the process of repairing my vehicle. If there were some recognition or award for servicing/hospitality from Tesla, these guys surely deserve it!!! They are definitely making Tesla Service look great here, in South-East Michigan. Matt was exceptional in guiding me through the entire process for my Model Y Juniper. He clearly laid out all available options, addressed my concerns with care and precision, and made everything feel effortless. Debbie is truly a gem — she actually cut her vacation short just to ensure I had the requested loaner vehicle and didn’t experience any inconvenience. Her courtesy and professionalism were outstanding. Within her professional limits, she excelled to make me feel cared as a customer and a person. This was hands down the most pleasant service experience I’ve ever had — from the quality of repair, to the ease of drop-off and pick-up, excellent loaner options, hassle-free paperwork, and virtually no waiting time. Teslas may not require frequent service, but if every experience is like this, it’s yet another reason to own one. I highly recommend Tesla Southfield for all your service and repair needs!
