Service to the vehicle was good. However every, every time I have brought my car in for service and have asked for the complimentary car wash they have NEVER given one to me. The treatment towards women bringing cars in for service needs to improve. You have NO problem washing my husbands vehicle but never mine. Treat everyone the same or don’t offer the free service!!

When I wait for my vehicle to be serviced, the lounge is so cozy and comfortable with plenty of free coffee and bottled water along with snack machines if you get hungry. If you forget to bring a book to read, you can watch television, or, if you have work to do, you can always enter a glassed-in room with table and chairs so that you can work in peace and quiet. I have always been very happy with the way they take care of both my vehicle and me 😊
View on GoogleI drove my truck in and I had to get it tow out myself after the dealership had it for 3 days. I even had to pay almost $300 to get it back. They told me almost $12000 to fix my truck that I brought from them and I only had my truck for 7 to 8 months.
View on GoogleThe service staff was dismissive and aloof - couldn’t have cared less about me. Over 2 hours for an oil change (express lane was closed), with a last minute “suggestion” I change the air filter too…another $50+ bucks added to the bill.
View on GoogleAwful service. They did not address the issues with my door handles not popping out when they should like I put on my initial service request. Plus, they left a 420 odor minimizer spray can in my trunk... So unprofessional!
