I had a great experience with this collision shop! They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, finished on time, and did an amazing job! The staff was friendly and easy to work with. I'll definitely be back if I ever need them.

Due to a recommendation from my favorite mechanical repair facility, I stopped by Precision Autohsaus. After visiting a few body repair facilities, discussing details and getting estimates, I was most comfortable with Precision. I would have given them a ☆☆☆☆☆ rating, however there was one small part that couldn't be found at this time (I spent hours myself searching). That's due to the rarity of a part for a 2004 Volkswagen Phaeton, which Germany imported only1400 of them. As for the partial missing part it is virtually impossible to notice. The repairs they did were show room quality and I recommend anyone needing body work done to stop and visit this professionally run, family owned shop. You will only regret it, if you not include them in your search.

Stopped in for an estimate and after getting several other quotes, Precision gave me a very fair price to get my car repaired. The repairs performed were top notch and I would definitely use them again.

The reason I didn't give this body shop five stars has to do with its owner way of charging. I am satisfied with the quality of the repair, but not with how long it took, neither with the cost. Realizing it is a challenge (at least in the area I reside) to find a restoration body shop that handles extensive rust damage, I was glad I found a shop willing to take in my '89 Jeep I own since '97 and struggle to preserve in decent condition. The shop's owner explained to me he can't price the repair before taking apart enough of it to uncover and evaluate the extent of the rust spread and damage. I have agreed to that, and once he has taken it apart to the point he determined he has seen enough to price the work, he told me which parts are needed and that I may buy by myself and drop off at the shop, which I did. He has also informed me at that time that the repair will cost at least $5K and that I should keep this figure in mind, and I agreed to that too. He has also insisted on cash only, and once work started, he demanded $3K on account of the repair. No written work order by the way. All verbal. Shortly after, the work on the Jeep slowed to a crawl for months, and at one point thereafter he told me that regretfully the repair will cost me $10K, double what he said I should keep in mind, but that this figure he emphasised, was final. Yet, months later, after a nerve-racking crawling progress, the owner made up a story I asked for extra work and that it therefor will all cost me $3K more, for a total of $13K. Amid the Jeep sort of being held hostage by him in the shop, I was essentially coerced to acknowledge that unexpected news. Having received from the shop owner notice about a week or so later that the work is finished, I went to pick up the Jeep with only $7K cash in hand, and pleaded with the owner to waive the additional $3K, which angered him and caused him to lose his temper. I ended up paying the additional $3K using one of the cards I carry regularly in my wallet. Had I known the repair would cost me that much, I would have likely sold the Jeep to a mechanic who offered $10K to buy it in the condition it was before this repair.

Precision Auto haus is one of the best in the buisness. My corvette had a front bumper damage. Got an estimate from Richard, left the car with them on a Friday, picked it up on Monday. Bumper looked like nothing happened before. Car mileage was also the same as when dropped. Exceptional work for a fair price. Definitely will recommend to all
