Genuinely the best service I could have asked for! My insurance company, to put it lightly, was difficult to work with and Master Tech had to hold onto my car for much longer than expected. They dealt with it with patience and checked in on me during the process. When my claim was finally approved, they had my car done and ready in under 5 days. They did an incredible job fixing my car—even washed the outside and cleaned the interior! The owner has decades of experience and there’s a reason he has the highest rating body shop. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone that wants their vehicles to be fixed without issue and efficiently.

My vehicle drives better than before it was in an accident. The entire process of having my vehicle repaired was seamless. The owner, Haitham, went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the repairs. He made me aware of their progress, each step of the way. They detailed the interior and exterior of my vehicle before giving it back to me. I’ve taken my vehicle to other shops and my vehicle would come back with shop dust all over the inside. Overall, my experience was excellent and I highly recommend this shop if you want fair and transparent pricing, and high quality repairs.

Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back. He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity. In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work, honesty, and efficiency of Master Tech. While hopefully I will not need their collision repair services anytime soon, I at least feel assured I will have a trusted place to turn to if I do.
