I had a great experience working with Tom at Glassman Subaru. From the start, he felt genuine and really had my best interests in mind. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made the whole process so much easier and more comfortable. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the right fit with my new Crosstrek. I appreciated how thorough he was and how supported I felt every step of the way. You can tell he truly cares about making sure people leave confident in their decision. I also really liked that it’s a family-owned dealership. The whole experience felt more personal and low pressure compared to others I’ve been to. I’d definitely recommend working with Tom if you’re looking for someone honest, responsive, and easy to work with.

Tom Kalmeta is the best car salesman in the world. I have purchased four vehicles from Glassman Auto Dealership with Tom’s guidance. He does not stop until I’m satisfied with the right vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, he’s personable and shares his personal opinions about what works best for his family, and for my family size as well. Tom is a realist, which, I like that a lot about him. He is also funny and engaging. I was referred to Michael Glassman through my employer and Michael then helped me get set up with Mohamed and Jeff H.! Jeff H. Was SUPER helpful in finding me my perfect certified 2024 Subaru Outback Premium for the perfect price. This was my first experience with a salesman who just wanted to see me happy with the car I bought, he wasn’t pushy at all and I loved that. This was my first big purchase and Jeff H. made it go so smooth and easy, I was very pleased. Would recommend 10/10!!

The my sales guy Ethan, Sales Manager Justin Baxter, Revon the delivery specialist all took part in helping me get my Forrester Hybrid Sport for the best deal possible. My dog and I were greeted with a warm welcome. They answered all of my questions with no problem. They were all patient and went above and beyond at Glassman Subaru. Other reasons to go to Subaru: Subaru as a company support good causes: - Subaru most definitely love pets. Pets bring joy to our world and Subaru cares. They are the largest corporate donor to ASPCA. (Glassman treat our fur baby very well and had no issues with her being there.) - Subaru also focus on environmental causes such as environmental conservation and also provide educational grants and supplies for school. And more….. Glassman has a board for messages of hope for those living with cancer. This place is all around amazing and they made me feel at ease. I’m glad I went to Glassman and I’m glad I chose a Subaru. It was a long drive from Grand Blanc but worth it. Other Subaru dealerships tried messing me over because I was trading my 24 Compass Limited that was leased. They made it happen. They check in and will also have a specialist reach out to answer any further questions after getting familiar with the vehicle. They provided me with a little note book to write down any questions for the specialist. BMW didn’t do that back when had purchased one. Actually, no dealership has ever went above and beyond keeping contact and getting a decent deal. I’m glad I chose Glassman.

I have been a loyal Glassman Subaru customer for nearly three years. I purchased my vehicle there brand new and have returned exclusively to this dealership for service. After my recent experience, I will never return. When I brought my car in, I specifically told my service advisor, Cody, that I had a limited window between meetings and asked whether the issue could be diagnosed within that timeframe. He assured me it could. When that didn't happen and I needed to leave, I was met with complete indifference. There was no acknowledgment that my time had been wasted and no sense of urgency despite the expectations he had set. Things got worse when I returned for the repair. Cody noticed a small gap in the plastic cover behind my driver's side mirror. While speaking with me, he pushed on the piece. Shortly afterward, the entire cover detached, exposing the wiring behind the mirror. When I called to ask about it, I received conflicting explanations and then spent days trying to get a return call. When Cody finally called back, he was dismissive, patronizing, and made it clear that my concerns were not important to him. At no point did he express any concern about the damage, my experience, or the inconvenience I had been put through. I left that conversation feeling disrespected and frankly shocked by how a paying customer was being treated. I escalated the issue to his supervisor, Christian, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I was met with skepticism, poor communication, and no meaningful resolution. The replacement part costs only about $25. This isn't about money. It's about accountability, communication, and basic respect for customers. Glassman Subaru didn't lose my business because of a tire issue. They lost it because of the way Cody and Christian treated me when I raised a legitimate concern. After nearly three years of loyalty, that was incredibly disappointing.
