I appreciate you taking such good care of my vehicle after having the shocks replaced twice by some place else and them wanting to put a third pair on my vehicle. At that point, God sent me to your repair shop CARS UNLIMITED IN SOUTHFIELD, ON TELEGRAPH. I felt so safe and confident with your expertise and knowledge of the BMW. You also did a great job with replacing my radiator when it was leaking coolant last week. Something else that truly makes me respect you even more than just your knowledge of the BMW, and that is your word. When you say you will have my vehicle completed, you stand by that. Reasonable shop with great prices. I brought in my 2016 550i to replace the belts and front control arms. He assisted with getting the correct parts (aftermarket) and completed the job in the time he said he would. He also went out of his way to tell me that I probably did not need to change the belts since they were in good condition which was nice to hear that he would be looking iut for people that may not know what they need to get completed (I did mine as preventative maintenance, regardless of their condition). I am fairly particular when it comes to my car so I will be returning to this location for my next repair.
