Take a vehicle in to get repair. (2 probles on it) They call after a week and half to said it was fix . Went to pick up pay . Get the truck after that , check to make sure problems were fix and 1 problem still there. But have to pay almost $900 because they fix 1 of the to problems walk back inside talk to the guy in charge and he told me he personally chec the truck and everything was fix on it And he ask to pull the truck in to show me Pull it in and he couldn't show me nothing because they didn't fix the problem, and they mees the fabric on the ceiling after putting back lights unit . Not recomend

HEADS-UP ON BATTERY REPLACEMENT .... Just in case you were looking to buy a replacement battery. I needed to replace my Ford battery, so I called Serra Ford in Rochester. I gave them model/number I needed and was told they have plenty of that one in stock. So, I dropped by to pick one up. I noticed the one they gave me was manufactured 6 months ago, so I questioned that and was told they don't sell a lot of batteries, but that it does comes with a full replacement warranty (not pro-rated). He could only find a battery 6 months old ... the rest in stock were of same manufacturer date or older. I ended up buying this as I only need a battery for the next 3 years and the fact it comes with good warranty works for me. Installed in car and it starts right up. Only reason for 3 -star rating is a Ford Dealer should have batteries replenished/updated more often. Selling 6-month-old batteries or older just doesn't seem right. ...........................Update from original post (above): After speaking with an employee today at Serra Ford I need to correct when I mentioned that this dealership should replenish their batteries more. I have been told they do replenish their batteries often. They receive what is sent to them from the manufacturer and are satisfied with them and back them with their warranty.

Had them do work on my car a few times and everyone I've worked with has been so friendly and honest. This last time too they were so fast that I was honestly surprised. Highly recommend this dealer if your car needs work done

What great service- a simple fix in and out in under an hour. My service engine light came on while I was driving- car sounded like a semi truck upon accelerating all of a sudden too. Pulled into the service bay. Michelle the service adviser immediately pulled the code and talk to a tech - tech came out and found the hose to the turbo had disconnected. The car is 5 years old and first time I’ve had any issue. They fixed the problem and I was back on the road in under an hour. Thank you so much!!! Great job!!!

We ordered a 2023 Bronco Sport through Serra Ford in August of 2023. I was concerned over the "new normal" with having to order, but everything worked out wonderfully! Our salesperson, Woody, was the nicest, low-pressure, dealership sales person, i've ever had. (And yes, I've walked out on ones that put pressure on me.) My vehicle arrived 1 week ago, and I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase experience. Alex in Finance was awesome! Total process took about 1.5 hours and I drove off the lot with a new vehicle with tabs, plate, everything! I've been using Serra Ford, Rochester Hills for service on my previous Ford product and was always treated extremely well. Now I can add a new vehicle purchase (and future service) to my experiences with Serra Ford. Couldn't ask for a better dealership!
