I had my 19 Porsche Panamera in for collision repair. The bumper was on backorder and had to come from Germany. Ethan did everything in his power to get the insurance company to cover for expedited shipping, which shortened the lead time one a month to 4 days. He kept me informed in every step of the process with great detail. The repair work came out to be spectacular. The color consistency and paint uniformity between the new bumper and body are absolutely perfect. A couple months later, my other car 22 Cayenne needed a new set of rear door handles. Ethan even replaced them for free with the parts I provided myself since I’m a repeat customer and the work is fairly simple. I can’t say enough good things about AutoMark and its employees. 10/10 recommend!

I came to them after dealing with a ton of stress and shoddy work from a previous body shop and they turned the whole situation around for me. My vehicle is a 2026 Honda Civic in a specialty color that’s really difficult to match, and they put in the kind of effort you just don’t see anymore. They tested different swatches, checked scrap panels, and made sure the color was as close to perfect as it could possibly get. I’m talking hours of care and attention. This is as perfect as perfect can be with this color, and I’m beyond happy with it. When I picked the car up, it looked incredible. The paint was beautiful, the interior was cleaned, the tires were shined — it actually looked better than it did before the accident. You can tell they treated it like it was their own. I'm seriously overjoyed and relieved. Automark didn’t just fix my car — they fixed the whole experience for me. Auto Mark: Where Dented Trucks Go to Get a Spa Day (and a Facelift!) Okay, folks, gather 'round and listen to the tale of my resurrected chariot! My beloved truck was looking a little worse for wear after a fender bender. The front end was basically a crumpled mess – bumper hanging on for dear life, headlight looking like a cracked egg, mirror dangling by a thread. I limped it over to Auto Mark, more out of desperation than hope, and let me tell you, I was in for a treat. First off, Nick, the GM, is the kind of guy you want to have a beer with. He's friendly, knows his stuff, and doesn't treat you like a clueless dolt (even if you are one, like me, when it comes to cars). He even arranged to have my truck picked up from my place! Talk about service! But here's the kicker: they promised my truck back in two weeks, and the darn thing was parked in my driveway a week early! And not just fixed, mind you, but sparkling. I'm talking cleaner than it's been since I drove it off the lot. They must have a team of dust-busting ninjas working there because they wiped, cleaned, and sucked every nook and cranny of that truck. I swear, they even polished the hubcaps! The bodywork? Flawless. My truck looks brand new! It's like they took a time machine back to the day I bought it. The bumper is perfectly aligned, the headlight shines like a beacon, and the mirror is back where it belongs. I half expect to find a giant bow on the hood! Bottom line: If your vehicle has had a little "oops" moment (or a big one!), take it to Auto Mark. There are probably 100 shops between where I live and Rochester Hills. I live 80 miles away. I chose Automark because of the stellar five star reviews. I took my garage Queen for a small repair. Deep few inches long scratch. Automark performed the repair and you cannot even tell that The scratch was ever there. Perfect paint match. Perfect blending into unaffected areas. On top of that, when I got my car back it was fully detailed including the interior and few stone chips that my car had were filled and now less noticeable. All the way through the process I was informed on what's being done to my car. Communication from the shop is fantastic. Truly customer and service oriented. Hard to find places like that nowadays. To sum it up. Automark has Great customer service and does excellent work. I will not hesitate to recommend the shop to my friends. Also, they made it very convenient for me to pick up car after hours.

I had my car only five hours when I was hit by an ignorant driver at an intersection. After I dealt with my insurance, I immediately called my BMW dealer to see Where they recommended I take my car. They directed me to Automark collision center. I was a little skeptical because I was new to the whole process and had heard various horror stories about autobody shops. After my experience, I can confidently and wholeheartedly say that auto mark is one of the good ones. I received multiple phone calls and emails throughout the entire repair process and any questions were elaborately and quickly answered. My car came out looking better than when I purchased it. The detail department did a great job, and the repair work seems to be flawless. Hopefully I won’t need anymore bodywork done for quite some time, But should the need arise, I won’t be going anywhere else.
