Gary did a great job! Fender, door and more…. He did the work he quoted for the price he gave me. Maybe a little extra work, no extra charge. He surpassed my expectations. My car is 7 years old and not perfect, I insisted that not everything needed to be brought back to perfect as I wanted to save money. I saved money and drove away today feeling great. It looks wonderful! I rarely feel good after getting my car fixed. The team was nice, professional and helpful. Car repairs are always stressful and I hope I never do business with them again, but if I need to, I will not hesitate to go there first. They help remove that stress. The loaner car was a great bonus. Flexibility in the schedule was win/win. Not sure how the added a new car smell!? Maybe it is just part of the good feeling.

We had to fix 2 doors for our car after a collision. Auto Point did an excellent job. Max was exceptional, explained the process clearly, provided a free estimate and was very upfront. Everyone at Auto Point, including Max and Deborah, was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. They understood our issues, and provided the best option. In fact they went out of their way to get it all done within a reasonable price we could afford. They fixed our car within days. They also provided a free loaner car. We will definitely go there again for any car issues. I would give Auto Point 100% for customer service, professionalism, knowledge, experience, and overall work ethics. Thank you so much everyone. View on GoogleHad a terrible accident, A Autopoint Collision was the only place that had loaners available (other shops were 2-4 weeks wait) and did mechanical & body work. The staff were delightful, honest, and incredibly helpful with keeping me updated on the repairs. Deborah was a pleasure to talk with when any updates or issues occurred. I’d give this place 10/5 stars if possible. Great prices, great staff, amazing mechanics, and just an all around friendly atmosphere that makes you feel like they’ve got everything covered. If you’ve got a problem with your vehicle drop it off here and you won’t be disappointed.

They also provided me with a loaner car, which I really appreciated because I needed a vehicle during the repair process. I just picked up my car this morning, and it was washed and returned to me very clean. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely come back again. I would also highly recommend this place to anyone who needs auto repairs.
