My simple request to order a copy of a vehicle key for a Detroit Pistons staff member's nonprofit organization spiraled into a labyrinth of inefficiency and indifference. Instead of receiving prompt assistance, I was subjected to a tiresome runaround, being passed from one individual to another, each seemingly more disinterested than the last. It was profoundly off-putting to witness the apparent disregard for customer needs, exemplified by the numerous employees who wandered by, engaged in idle chit-chat while I sat at an unattended service desk, feeling increasingly invisible. The glaring absence of effective communication and organization within the department was nothing short of astonishing. The culture of neglect that permeates this establishment is palpable, leaving one to question how such a reputable brand could allow its customer service to deteriorate to such depths. However, amidst this sea of discontent, there was a beacon of hope: a remarkably kind and professional woman from the service department who, recognizing my plight, took it upon herself to facilitate the assistance I so desperately needed. Her intervention was a stark contrast to the otherwise disheartening atmosphere, and it is solely due to her efforts that my experience did not descend into complete chaos. I unequivocally do not recommend Rochester’s Hills Mercedes Benz parts department. This establishment exemplifies a troubling disregard for customer care, and unless substantial changes are made to address its systemic issues, I can only foresee further disappointment for future patrons. Awful experience. Will never get a Mercedes again because of the service center. Took it in for a recall and they didn't have any loaners and 5 weeks later, they have yet to finish "putting my car back together". I'm sending a formal complaint to Mercedes headquarters. For an expensive luxurious car, this is the least luxurious service I have ever encountered.
View on GoogleI was just told by the receptionist that they will not work on any Mercedes Benz older than 2015 at Rochester location. Unbelievable. You shouldn't even be a dealer, especially in Oakland county. My car is a 2010 and it is mint. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. If you cant work on all years, then your mechanics and owner are lazy and cheap.

Charges are outrages and washed my car when I strictly told them not to and then told me send them my bill for coating and never responds. I’m done.
