Customer service here is not a top priority. First time Cadillac owner and thus far just not happy with level of service I’ve received. First and last Cadillac from this place! How can you schedule a service appointment only to arrive 10mins early and 1 hr before they close for them to say all their techs are leaving for the day not acceptable

Went to the body shop to get my gas tank to opened because it was frozen and would not open when I arrived in the garage there was a lot of people there after few I left my car to try again to open the tank this time it actually opened, few mins after someone in the shop came and approached me and said what can we help you with today? I explained to them the issue and told them actually I no longer need help and I can leave since there was a car ahead of me. The employee asked me to back up for me to leave. He said I will have the garage open and you can just back up and I said no problem as I was waiting for the garage to open all I Heard was a glass shattering I immediately left the car to see what happened and noticed that the garage door got stuck to the top of my car and forced it up and it made my back window shatter. Immediately the body shop manager came to me and told me not to worry, but the first question was why did you leave through the back door and backed up and I said because I was told by your employee to use the door to back up and leave since there was a car ahead of me. The manager responded by no problem we will take care of it. Take your kids out of the car and go wait in the waiting room we will get you a loner he also asked me which employee told you this and I answered the one sitting inside and I explained to him what happened and he said did you open your trunk and I said no I did nothing the keys are in my pocket. After that, he came to the waiting room and told me that they are taking care of me and trying to get me a loaner car so I can leave and that they are going to be responsible for taking care of the car. I specifically asked I wanna make sure I am not paying for this mistake that was created And my insurance is not gonna be charged and he said not to worry about we are here we are going to fix your car on us he went and came back again and said I talked to the guys we are going to take care of this they are on it I said I wanna make sure that I will not be charged and my insurance won’t be charged. This was the second time I was asking the same question and he said again nothing to worry about I already told you we are gonna take care of it. I said no problem. Can I get a date on one of you think this will be done and I can have my car back he said it’s too late of the day. I cannot give you anything right now, but go home and I will have someone call you Tomorrow in the morning. The next day I did not receive a phone call yeah I went back and I called the body shop and asked to speak to the body manager after he answered. He said oh no one have given you a call. We are ready, took care of it. Someone should’ve had answered you. I said no one have called me. He said let me send you to them so they can give you an estimate on whether the day will be ready when I was sent to the Customer Service the gentleman who I spoke with told me the manager should have given you all the information and I said actually the manager sent me to you. He said no problem. Give us a few minutes and we will call you back once again. No phone call was received on the until 24 hours later. I received a call from a lady explaining to me that they will no longer fix my car and it needs to be paid through my insurance I told her that’s not possible because I was promised that this was gonna be taken care of through you guys. I said I will be coming to the body shop to speak to the manager. When I went into the body shop after about 15 minutes, if not more, the manager finally came and he said we cannot do anything for you the most that we could do is pay your deductible and I said I will not accept that. I need to speak to a manager Once I spoke to the manager he told me no you moved your car and you backed away and this is why your car got hit. I said first of all that’s not true and if that was the case, my sensors would’ve kept beeping since this is a 2024 Escalade I also said I would’ve seen it in the back up camera that there’s a gate behind me as well as my mirror he said no

This dealership is absolutely horrible they wouldn't even take care of any warranty issues on my Cadillac because I didn't buy it there I have never heard of any crap like this took it to the dealership down the road more than happy to help me do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership give Sierra Buick GMC instead of them

One star is being kind. Worst service I have ever experienced. Had my car for a month. Waiting on parts, but received parts and a week later no word. Never got a call back after several messages and promises to call back. Service dept rarely answeres the phone. I will not bring it back even oil change.
