I recently had body work done at CARSTAR Collision Center on Hamlin Road, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The quality of the work was great, and my car looks like new again. What really stood out was the customer service. The team was friendly, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. I was just there at Automark in Rochester Hills. I have a 2024 m35i X2 BMW. Had my car there the second time in the last year because I just got in another minor accident. They did a fantastic job as always. The paint match was perfect.. impressed! Ask for Brett he was very helpful and enjoyed working with him! If anyone needs their car repaired or any kind of work done that is a class A number one place!

My car needed a front bumper repair, so I called around to a few body shops to get quotes before deciding whether to go through insurance. Out of everyone I contacted, this place came in $1,000 lower than the rest, which honestly made my decision a lot easier. I ended up using my insurance, and the whole experience was really straightforward. They helped arrange my rental car pickup and kept me in the loop the whole time through text, which I appreciated. There was a delay with the part shipping, but that's just one of those things, what mattered was that once it came in, they got it done fast and I had my car back within two days. The repair itself looked great, and I liked the lifetime warranty. I also asked if they could screw back a hanging piece on the engine underguard, and they just took care of it, no extra charge. What truly surprised me was finding the interior of my car completely cleaned when I picked it up, something I never expected at all. It was such a thoughtful gesture that genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. I'm incredibly grateful for the care they put in. Thank you so much!

They were super friendly and communicated perfectly from start to finish. I wasn’t sure who to use but after looking at the reviews and my initial call with them I felt good about the decision. Everything was easy and straight forward. They worked well with my insurance (all-state). They also did some work for me that wasn’t covered by insurance for a great price. Would recommend them to anyone. They also cleaned the inside of the vehicle for me which I definitely didn’t expect. Look at the before and after pictures and see for yourself. Thanks a ton! Your team is great! I will use you again but hopefully not too soon ;)
