​I brought my car to Universal Auto House after dealing with a frustrating combination of problems: a persistent engine misfire, very rough idling, and noticeably sluggish acceleration that made driving stressful. ​The team here was incredibly professional. They took the time to properly diagnose the root cause, which turned out to be the throttle body. After they replaced it, the change was night and day! My engine is running smooth as silk, the acceleration is responsive again, and the idling issue is completely gone. They clearly know their stuff. Trustworthy service and excellent results. I go nowhere else but to this place to have them work on my, my wife's and our kids vehicles. I have been coming here for so many years! I moved out of town a little bit and now I live about an hour away and I still take the time to drive my vehicles whenever possible to get them serviced at Universal Auto House! Moe the owner is a very professional & honest gentleman who is very well educated and expert at what he does, he can fix anything on all kinds of vehicles! He's very knowledgeable with vehicles from bumper to bumper and he is also an (ASE) certified technician! He always hires the very best of expert technicians / mechanics too! His mechanic shop is always clean and organized & located in a very safe neighborhood. You can always count on getting professional services at his shop where he and his staff will go out of their way to help you out with any of your vehicles problems, and address all of their needs. And above all their prices are the best around in town. They always have took care of me without any issues at all. My satisfaction level with them have always been 100% :)

Being a car guy myself, it was important to understand the work being done. Rod at Universal did a fantastic job in all aspects of the repairs. I was given fair and accurate estimates, realistic timelines of when the work might be completed, and the communication was excellent. Out of curiosity, I called a couple other local repair shops after my work was completed to compare pricing, and they were all in the same ballpark. Worth noting is that Universal did not replace parts on my vehicle that did not need replacing, resulting in a final bill that was a little less than the original estimate. To me, that is definitely fair and honest. This repair shop is honest and reliable, with comparable prices. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicles back for future service and also refer friends and family to this business.
