Tod was great from start to finish. I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism during my visit. Unlike a lot of places, I didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of, and everything was explained clearly. I also felt like I paid a fair and reasonable price for my oil change, which is hard to find nowadays. The customer service made the experience comfortable and stress-free. Warning to others: I’d been coming here for years without issues, but my last visit could have destroyed my engine. They overtightened the oil filter so much that I think they may have damaged the filters main seal (not the rubber gasket). The very next day, oil was pouring out — my Jeep lost over a quart in less than a block of driving. The filter was on so tight it was hard to get off with a filter wrench! The picture is from after I turned the engine off and had wiped it once. When running, it was pouring out! 😖 Edit: I initially changed the oil filter and it appeared the leak had stopped, but I was wrong. It seems that by overtightening the filter, the oil cooler/filter housing bent a little in a spot where the aluminum is weaker due to an oil passage. Luckily we were able to bend it back to where the filter will now properly seal. To the owners response, it's hard to bring the car back when I was hundreds of miles from home when this happened. After a long trip and the 45⁰ night in the UP, the gasket must have contracted making it so oil was pouring out the next morning where the housing was bent. On these newer cars, you should only be hand tightening the filters, there was no reason for it to be that tight.

UPDATE: Kenny is the man, takes care of business in a professional yet friendly way and is always knowledgeable! Okay so I need an oil change place quickly and went to the Google and like magic found the perfect place according to the reviews. And the reviews were right! This place rocks they have Valvoline oil, Lucas additives and Milwaukee power tools what more could you ask for! So I do my own oil usually but hours before leaving for vacation, find out NOT my car needs an oil change. So I had my own oil / filter and thought for sure this place wouldn't use it but they did. $25 and they topped off and checked all fluids air filter tire pressure was really nice. Didn't push ANYTHING on me and gave me a list of recommendations for the future. Was so pleased with how everything was going forgot to snap some pics!

Always good customer service been going here for 3 years now, I like that they let me know about other services I need and don't make me feel pressure to get other service... Always offer snacks and water... I like them
