Very disappointing experience. I came to this shop because I was having a mechanical issue with my car and was trying to find a place nearby that could help. From the moment I arrived, the place gave a terrible first impression. The shop looked extremely disorganized, with damaged and dismantled cars everywhere. It honestly looked more like a junkyard than a professional repair shop. I knocked on the door multiple times and nobody responded for several minutes. I almost left, but because I genuinely needed help with my vehicle, I kept trying. Eventually someone finally came out, and after briefly explaining the issue with my car, I was immediately told they “couldn’t do anything” because they were “busy.” Meanwhile, the employee was literally sitting at a desk doing nothing. What bothered me the most was the overall attitude and impression I got as a customer. It honestly felt like there was more interest in money than in actually helping people or providing real service. There was no effort to properly inspect the vehicle, offer guidance, or recommend a solution. As a customer, the entire experience felt unwelcoming, dismissive, and untrustworthy. I left with the impression that customer service is clearly not a priority here and that customers are not treated with respect or seriousness. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, professional automotive help. HORRIBLE PLACE ANS DISGUSTING 🤢

He absolutely helps and tries to save those that fall into getting scammed by dealers and other shady shops!! He is a man of honesty and integrity. Truly helped me and gave me hope to not give up on my vehicle thinking that by giving the dealership 3k to solve my issue but roni told me it’s a simple fix and no need to spend all that money on something that’s not the problem.
