Scammers... Told me the vehicle was never in an accident everything was perfect didn't want to give me his address was being super weird about it. I explained I was driving 6 hours one way and wanted the address before the day we came down when I got the address I asked if this was the right location he said yes. And I read the horrible reviews and explained them to him and he said that they were fake and most were about rust so I was super hesitant about the vehicle. So I asked for the vin ran it and the vehicle was totaled 2 months before and had a salvaged title and still tried to lie and say it wasn't and then blocked me on Facebook. I've noticed they use marketplace as a way to try and hide their dealership like many of these small businesses do by using fake names and switching Facebook accounts alot so people won't read the reviews. Make sure to get an address first and get the vin!!!

I love dealing with Rice Auto Sales. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them. Everything went smoothly. The first vehicle was a great truck. Hopefully this one will be the same. Sam and his son are awesome.

I’m updating the review because it’s been a few months and so far it’s running pretty good still. I only had to get a few minor repairs done but nothing major. This is a good place to get a vehicle if you have a mechanic with you for reassurance
View on GoogleWhen I initially came to Rice Auto, I thought I had a great experience. The Son and Father Team were great at first. We laughed and it felt like an amazing exchange on the surface. After inquiring about certain things, I quickly began to realize that they only cared about the sale and not me as a customer. If you are brave enough to purchase from here, bring a mechanic, and be prepared to ask a ton of questions. Ask questions about the warranty on the car and what it covers. Be sure to establish a direct line of communication. Ask about any issues the cars may have ect. Be sure to ask them about the plates and registration if you decide to do the full package and ask about the insurance. When the time came for me to get some repairs done, they refused to email me a copy of my warranty. I reached out to them via their direct email address and even had the shop where I'm getting my car worked on, call to get the warranty contract. Whoever took the call said they would email it and hung up the phone. My car isn't a lemon, however I don't appreciate the lack of transparency and suddenly feel like i made the wrong decision based on the way business is conducted.
