Please stay away from Todd in the service department. I bought a car almost 5 years ago to find out that part of my warranty was free oil changes. Well 12 of them. It’s the last year of my warranty I’ve been coming to him for years and not once has he said anything. Now I paid 80 each time. Not too bad but now my warranty expires soon and I have 10 free oil changes left. Thanks Todd. Also he fails to look up extended warranty’s on his computer. If you use crest please stay away from the old guy in the middle. He will not help you. He’s a jerk and he will try to cover his butt.

Paid 1k to basically change a battery. Truck was not fixed the first time. Took my truck in for routine service, check engine light, and the low voltage battery. Ended up paying for unnecessary maintenance and then my truck issues became worse and wouldn't start the next day. Took it in again and they finally change the battery. Not good. Didn't even get the call back that they promised. I feel Robbed. 😞

Recently was forced to replace my "charging port cover" for my Mach E. Fast to order, reasonably priced part. very helpful. However, installed, when I mentioned that the paint was a few shades off. They disagreed & said that it matched. However, so far 4 of my friends pointed out that the "new charge cover" does NOT match the car! That is a major disappointment.😒
