Purchased a new car about a month or so ago. I’ve had to get a minor issue fixed and a normal oil change / service. Dealing with Marcus in the service department has been truly a great experience. Any question or concern he takes care of instantly. Great communication. I’m hoping to have many years of this excellent service while owning my k5.
View on GoogleDo NOT PURCHASE a vehicle here unless you are comfortable opening up a case with The Bureau of Consumer Protection and The Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Team. And you will spend 11 months trying to obtain that title to the car you paid off and now OWN. They will NOT give it to you unless you go through every avenue. If you go into the dealership, you will be met with staff telling you it’s your fault for purchasing that car through them and they will tell you to leave. Absolutely right, it is my fault for purchasing a car here. Don’t make that mistake. I certainly won’t ever again.

View on GoogleAfter visiting this location for service on my 2022 Kia Soul, I found the service to be fast, professional, and courteous. I called the service center for an appointment and there weren't any representatives available (this location is regularly very busy). I left a message and my call was promptly returned within about 2 hours. I scheduled my appointment and was good to go. The service center employee who checked me in for service this day was extremely kind and appeared to even treat me as family. The service was quick. I arrived thirty minutes early for my appointment, and rather than having me wait for my scheduled time he immediately checked my vehicle in. The service was included in their warranty coverage so I paid no out of pocket costs this day. I do appreciate having good customer service. Thanks to the SPK service team for being a better part of Summit Place Kia. JOHN G.
