On my way to work, my check engine light and charging system warning light both came on. Al Dean's was conveniently close, so I called and spoke with Chuck, who was friendly and told me to bring it right in. He called to let me know my battery and alternator needed replacing. The pricing for parts and labor was very reasonable, and they had my car back to me within a few hours. When I came to pick it up, Chuck took the time to walk me through exactly what was done — something I really appreciated and wasn't expecting. I'll definitely be bringing my car back to Chuck and his crew for all my future service needs!

Love this shop! It's been a staple in downtown Auburn Hills for years and the customer service is Top Tier. Chuck (owner) and the team are honest, knowledgeable and attentive. If you come here they will take good care of you and at very reasonable and fair prices. When I got my car fixed they were kind and even educated me about my car and gave me great advice to avoid certain issues I was having. Will be going here from now on!
