I purchased a new car (Acura) equipped with continental tires. One of them was defective, so I was told to go to the Acura dealership to file a warranty claim because the tire came with the new vehicle. We called from the dealership, we were then told to go to Belle Tire, where I purchased a replacement tire (in an emergency). The Belle tire refused to file any claim because they told me that they did not sell me the defective tire. So I call back continental customer service, they basically told me nothing they can do. I just wanted to let you know that your warranty is useless. I will never buy another set of continental tires ever again. This is how you lose customer loyalty.

I had a rebate for $110 gift card through y'all. I sent all of the necessary information in and you denied my claim and gave me a link to resubmit my claim, but it didn't work. I only purchased y'alls tires because of the rebate, or I would have gone with Michelin Pilot Sports. I want my $110 gift card I was promised with the purchase of 4 Extreme Contact DSW06+ tires. I contacted customer service, and they did absolutely nothing to help me they only referred me to the link that I was calling to say doesn't work.

I am a delivery driver for an associated company. Cindy in shipping/receiving was very rude and condescending. I don't expect anything to come of this, but I would like to warn people that if you are going to deal with this person, don't get too wound up over it. She is visibly disgruntled and has no sense of respect for the company to treat partners in such a manner.
