had such a great experience speaking with Jim at LTM Quick Lube. I originally called just to get a quote for a coolant flush after my check engine light came on, but instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, Jim took the time to genuinely educate me. He explained that since my thermostat is being replaced under warranty at the dealership, they will already have to drain and refill the coolant—so paying separately for a coolant flush right now would be unnecessary. He could have easily just given me a price and taken my money, but instead he chose honesty and integrity. That really stood out to me. It’s rare to find businesses that prioritize doing what’s right over making a quick dollar. Jim took several minutes out of his day to help me as a potential customer, and that speaks volumes about how they operate. Because of that alone, I will absolutely be supporting this business in the future. If you’re looking for a place you can trust, this is it. Highly recommend!
