I'm very disturbed by the behavior of Bobby who General Towing hired to represent them and is skimming from their business. He didn't want my friend to take a pic of the receipt, he was telling her the Insurance company was a scam and for my friend to take the bill to her Insurance Company. I'm positive he skimmed the bill so to General Towing I say to you look into this and also remember these people who you service are the reason your in business. The reason Bobby gets a paycheck regularly and how you keep your lights on is because the community calls your company for service. It blows my mind that this guy still has a job. Good Luck General Towing and Bobby, who clearly has zero accountability.

General towing in auburn hills I highly recommend to anyone and everyone! BEST TOWING COMPANY HANDS DOWN! I got a flat tire and needed help with a tire change Not only did they get to me within 15 min of calling they went above and beyond to help me out with whatever I needed and even found me a tire shop to fix my tire the same day, not only were they so helpful but they actually cared about the customer! I cannot express how satisfied I am with their services! The only towing company I will use from now on! Thanks again for your time and all your help I really appreciate you guys!
