I brought my car here once and Ira was honest and his prices were great! I got quoted $800 for brakes somewhere else and Ira did them for half the price of that !! I was told my car needed a few things fixed when I went to Ira for a second opinion he told me nothing was wrong. I love that I found a honest and trustworthy mechanic. I have brought 5 cars/trucks to Ira and never had a problem.
View on GoogleUnprofessional and rude employee refused to give me a quote and acted like a child over the phone. I would never take my car to a mechanic unwilling to be upfront about prices of material and labor. Don’t take your car here or run the risk of hidden mark ups for parts and labor.
View on Google2 separate cars brought in for a simple diagnosis and they can't figure it out!!! Take it to another shop and they could easily. There okay for BASIC OIL CHANGES & MINOR work. However that's it. Gets a 2 instead of 1 for free diagnosis.. If you need basic stuff great place. Other wise look elsewhere these people do t have the right computer software or knowledge.
