I looked for this place for their ratings and took my vehicle there.! 4runner 4x4 and then returned it on several occasions for not repairing it well, they simply told me to take it somewhere else, to make a long story short they do a good job on the body of the vehicle but if mechanical repairs need to be done or damage from an accident they are very bad at doing repairs! If I had known this before I would have taken it to another more qualified place! The customer service guy is very kind and an excellent person but the manager or owners of the place are rude when it comes to having problems with the vehicle.! Totally regret losing almost 3 months waiting for my vehicle to be repaired! Aside from that they only put used parts for the repairs.. The impact of the crash damaged the 4x4 function and they couldn't fix it... I don't know if the problem is because they used parts from other used cars... they didn't replace them with new parts!

Scam scam scam apparently, I was talking to one of the workers who can do my car wrap. He made me send 150 cash app to book an appointment and apparently I sent to the wrong one even though I asked him to confirm it twice before I sent it then he made me send another 150 to some girl Which I did then he tried to say oh it canceled but yet it took from my end. I lost $300 trying to book an appointment to get my car wrapped. This shop is scamming big big time!

They were so friendly when communicating updates over the phone and they were helpful and patient in explaining the issues to us. They went above and beyond ensuring the car was returned to us repaired and clean. Insurance or not, I'd be confident going to Bob's in the future knowing we'll get a fair price and efficient service.
